The British Titanic Society is pleased to announce that the 2024 Annual Convention will be held in Belfast, from Friday April 12th to Monday April 15th 2024.

This will give members the opportunity for adding an extra day to their stay if they choose to, so that they can attend The Lord Mayors Reception, on Monday, to which the Society has been invited, marking the start of the annual Belfast Titanic Festival.

The Convention programme will include lectures by prominent Titanic historian, and visits to local Titanic and maritime historical places of interest, as well as our ever popular Gala Dinner.

In conjunction with Titanic Belfast Hotel we have negotiated a great value hotel package for members and their guests, and we are looking forward to you joining us and sharing our common passion for one of the greatest White Star Liners in history.

• Three-nights’ accommodation (Friday, Saturday & Sunday), with breakfast

For those staying at the Titanic Hotel Belfast, tickets will be required for:

• Acquiring your Delegate Pack, which contains your Convention ID badge lanyard, Convention Itinerary, Lecture/Excursion Programme, Gala Dinner Menus, and other Convention information;
• Entrance to lectures;
• Booking the planned excursions at preferential rates.

All delegates staying elsewhere, or those who are day delegates, wishing to attend lectures, and participate in the excursions, must also have a valid Convention Ticket.

Delegates staying elsewhere, must register at Titanic Hotel Belfast in order to get their Delegate Packs. The Ticket is valid for each, or any, day during the Convention (Friday-Sunday).

Gala Dinner Only Tickets – NOT NOW AVAILABLE

The Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday the 13 of April 2024, at Titanic Hotel Belfast, in the Harland & Wolff Drawing Office No. 1. Pre-dinner drinks will be served, beginning at 6:00 p.m, in the Pavilion Bar, with a call for dinner at 6:45 pm.
