In order to process your booking(s) you must enter your Convention Ticket number(s).
For those staying at the Leonardo Hotel, tickets will be required for:
All delegates staying elsewhere, or those who are day delegates, wishing to attend lectures, and participate in the excursions, must also have a valid Convention Ticket. NOTE: Delegates staying elsewhere, rather than at the Leonardo Hotel, must also register at the Leonardo in order to get their Delegate Packs. The Ticket is valid for any, or each day during the Convention (Friday-Sunday).
For those who wish to attend the Gala Dinner only, this must be booked via our Convention & Events Officer, Kim, at events@britishtitanicsociety.com. The cost for the dinner is £65 per head, inclusive of the Convention Ticket. Full payment must be in advance, and by March 31st latest.
Convention Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting our Treasurer, Nigel, at treasurer@britishtitanicsociety.com. Once payment has been made, a numbered e-ticket will sent be sent out by way of confirmation. E-tickets must be exchanged for actual tickets upon registering at the Leonardo Hotel, or for Gala Dinner only attendees, at the pre-dinner drinks reception.
A special discounted rate for members attending the Convention has been negotiated with the Leonardo Royal Hotel Grand Harbour which includes:

For email bookings, email Toni at lsg_sales@leonardohotels.co.uk with “Attention Toni Martin; British Titanic Society Convention 2023” in the subject line. The hotel will then handle your booking and will provide the appropriate confirmation.
They will require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room, with full pre-payment by March 1st 2023 latest.
Please provide the hotel with the full names of each person in your party. Please also advise any special dietary or access requirements.

PLEASE NOTE
Persons booking hotel rooms AFTER the deadline will not be eligible to book at the BTS Convention Package rate. Rooms will then be available at best room rate at the time of booking and meals at standard menu prices. SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GREAT VALUE BTS CONVENTION HOTEL PACKAGE.
