Last year’s convention in April was very well attended and we thank everyone for coming to support us once again. We received excellent feedback from delegates at the time of the convention, by e-mail or letter after the event, and from questionnaires distributed at the time of the convention. A few suggestions were made which we have taken on board for the future. We were very pleased with the feedback and thank everyone for their comments.

Comments made include “Our first visit which we found very impressive, well organized, lovely exhibition”.
The itinerary for Convention 2011 was; Thursday – Officers and members placed wreaths on memorials in Southampton, and at Copythorne. Friday – Welcome desk opens, and we had a members only Bring and Buy in the evening, Saturday – Exhibition, Sales and Lectures during the day, in the evening Gala Dinner and Grand Raffle, Sunday morning a River Cruise and in the afternoon Officers and some members, attended the St Mary’s memorial service.

Photos of the convention are now posted on the website, please note this is still an ongoing process, due to the quantity of photos involved.
